About Cardinal Construction Inc.

Cardinal Construction owner Christian Clifton originally incorporated his company in 2000. Christian, a lifelong resident of Maryland, turned an early interest in construction into his full time career. Cardinal Construction specializes in Decks, Porches, Sunroom, Additions, and Rehabs.

From 2003 through 2010 Christian was the construction-side partner of Custom Works Inc. Christian handled all aspects of construction and either built, or directly supervised, all the work performed. At the start of 2011, the partners dissolved the partnership and Christian continued building on his own as Cardinal Construction Inc.

Cardinal Construction still fulfills Christian's original goal: to plan, build and complete our customers' dream projects to their complete satisfaction. We offer free estimates and accept no payment* until the job is complete. We also offer a complete range of services from planning and estimating the cost of your project, to applying for permits, and obtaining all necessary approvals needed during construction to the completion of the project.
